the project
One of the large real estate agency franchises appeared to face the challenge of rapid development of technology, which it is incapable of catching up with. The decision was made to digitalise with the help of Assotix as soon as possible to reboost the business growth. We launched the digital transformation journey, when the client decided to readjust itself as a tech company. The company took a large part by providing us with its own Software, the cloud, and AI.
Our Challenges
Constructing brand new and merging with all the existing functionalities simultaneously. Conduction of a deep case study in purpose to analyze the best of existing practices for relocation to the Property Tech field.
We’ve also helped with rebuilding and redesigning current apps for franchisee management.

Result
Creation of “Command” – one of client’s major platforms, as a new customer relationship management system for real estate agents.
Launch of a Personal assistant app for agents, which makes it easy to manage their deals. Launch of an App for customers, rearrenging the current buy/sell process in a transparent, innovative way.
