Modern and technologically advanced company Uber Ukraine came to our team with a request to help them with the systematization and digitization of business processes to boost company growth.

Our Challenges

Constructing brand new and merging with all the existing functionalities simultaneously. Conduction of a deep case study in purpose to analyze the best of existing practices for relocation to the Property Tech field. We’ve also helped with rebuilding and redesigning current apps for franchisee management.

Elaboration of an accounting system for all the orders complete and vehicle repairs. Elaboration of payroll system and operating expenses accounting system. Implemented and automated audit and an algorithm for predicting potential problems.
