A popular theater had a big problem with the long queues of hungry ticket-grabbers, making an online ticket selling system fall over and over. No doubt, the system needed a digital transformation, which will be able to assure fast and convenient sellings to all the consumers at the moment. Our team provided a reliable solution for this case via renovating the system and making it stable.
Our Challenges
The system must be 24/7 running, multy-language and multi-currency support. Accommodation and transport ticket purchases are also integrated in the same platform (hotels, planes, etc). Add the system up with various ticket category support and group booking.
